Oneisall Comfy C1 Pet Grooming Kit Is A 5-in-1 Wonder: Best of CES 2025

CES is a wondrous place. It allows tech content creators like me to broaden our horizons beyond the usual humdrum of smartphones, laptops and the rest. And in that spirit, I’m handing out one of our Best Of CES Awards to Oneisall’s Comfy C1 Smart Pet Grooming Kit.

If you have a dog then you’ll know two things; their hair gets everywhere and grooming costs and arm and a leg. The logical solution to the second problem is to groom your dog at home. But that feeds back into the hair problem and it becomes a faff.

The Oneisall Comfy C1 Grooming kit solves all of these problems. It is a genuinely useful and transformative bit of kit. Let me tell you why it’s worthy of a CES Award.

    Buy Comfy C1 Here!

    Key information

    – Cordless with a 5200mAh battery (30–60 min runtime)
    – USB-C charging, 4 hours to full charge
    – Brushless motor for efficiency, operating at under 50 dB
    – 10,000PA suction strength with a 1.5m (59″) hose
    – Lightweight at 1.9kg (4.19lb)
    – Compact size: 26.7×18.7×24.6 cm (10.51×7.36×9.68 in)

    5-in-1 function

The main appeal of the Comfy C1 is the fact that it combines so many uses into one relatively small, Pomeranian-sized, package.

The different detachable heads mean you can get five different functions out of the same machine. It works as a set of clippers, vacuum, air-powered hairbrush, nail trimmer and nail grinder when you have the respective attachments in place.

This alone makes it easy to recommend. Usually, you’d have to buy some pet hair-grade clippers, nail trimmers and a vacuum strong and maneuverable enough to suck up all the hairs. Having all of this in one place is so handy, especially when it is often hard to get your dog to sit in one place for long enough and be patient without getting up to go to the cupboard to find the next item.

Having it all there just makes the whole process quicker and less stressful for you and your pet.

    Clippers, Vacuum and Hair Brush

The clippers that come with the Comfy C1 are an ingenious bit of kit. Not only are they robust and easily up to tackling longer-haired dog species, but they also come with a built-in vacuum. That means whilst you shave your pet, the fur is automatically sucked into the basket.

It isn’t perfect, not every strand of fur is caught by the vacuum but it does get most of it up and significantly reduces the amount of extra cleanup you need to do.

That brings me to the vacuum itself which packs a punch considering the dinky size and battery-powered nature (yes, this is a cordless device). It has a maximum of 10000PA of suction which is equal to other leading brands of cordless vacuums, including Dyson.

    More CES 2025 award winners:

    – BeBird EarSight Complete: Ear wax removal camera
    – OneLaser Hydra: Desktop laser cutting and engraving

And from my experience, it performs very well on the surfaces I’ve tested it on, including carpets. It is especially handy on things like sofas where you need something nimble to get into all the crevices.

I also use the hair brush attachment (which has a built-in vacuum too) to run through thicker carpets as a way to scrape any hairs out before catching them with the suction.

And about that hair brush. It is by far my favourite thing about the Oneisall Comfy C1. It has so obviously been designed with the user in mind and it really shows. Brushing a dog is annoying because it means you need to scrape the fur off your dog which then either clogs the brush or gets left in clumps on the floor.

With the Comfy C1, it makes the whole process super easy as everything is done in one process. There’s still some picking-of-hairs out of the brush at the end but again, far less than you would from a manual brush. It is the real star of the show.

    Design, Battery and Storage

For something like the Comfy C1 to be worth recommending, then it needs to be compact and adaptable to working with the unpredictability of pets.

At under 30cm long and only 1.9kg, the Comfy C1, I’m happy to report that it is! It fits into cupboards, under beds and easily into a car or even a large backpack if you need to transport it.

Another piece of thoughtful design is the hose for and noise level of the vacuum. I know that when I first heard about the Comfy C1 I thought it was a questionable idea. What pet likes being chased around with a vacuum cleaner after all? Certainly not mine!

But the hose is 1.5m long meaning you can be far enough away for your pet not to be freaked out and the incredibly low 50db of noise makes this almost irrelevant anyway. Honestly, it is ridiculously quiet. 50db is about equal to the background noise of an office or an electric toothbrush.

As for the battery, it is large enough to last you up to 60 minutes of continuous runtime which is enough for a grooming session. Fully charging the Comfy C1 takes about four hours.

    Conclusion

The things I’ve been looking out for at CES are products that use great hardware in unique ways to make complex tasks easier for consumers, that’s you and I!

The Comfy C1 does exactly this. If you groom your pets at home already, or want to start to save some money, then you won’t find a better device for it.
