Whether you’re here looking for an Apple Watch to support your fitness routine, keep tabs on your health, or make your everyday life with your iPhone seamless, there’s an option just right for you. Best Overall – Apple Watch Series 11

Apple Watch Series 11
From $399/£368
✅ Pros:
– Loads of health/fitness tracking features
– Super sleek and lightweight design
– Very bright display
❌ Cons:
– Battery life could be better
When the Apple Watch Series 11 was revealed at the Apple Event in September 2025, I was impressed. Usually, new Apple Watches don’t really change much from the previous generation, but this time it was a more noticeable upgrade. With its thinner body and much tougher screen, it feels sleeker than ever but incredibly durable. It’s still a fairly subtle refinement from the Series 10, but the small changes will improve your day-to-day.
The Series 11 rolled out some cutting-edge health features like hypertension notifications and the new Vitals app. While not everyone will need every health feature Apple’s offering (I thankfully don’t yet, although the big 5 0 is approaching) they’re still a helpful way to make sure you’re in good shape.

The Series 11 will also keep you on top of your fitness goals. It handles notifications, workouts, and health tracking smoothly and reliably. It’s comfortable to wear during workouts and overnight for sleep tracking. The battery life is consistent, and you can expect a full day of use before needing a recharge.
Overall, the Apple Watch Series 11 is a great choice for anyone looking for a watch that is reliable, comfortable, simple to use and has extra health features baked in. This balance of sleekness, performance, and reliability makes it the strongest all-around Apple Watch for most people.
Best Budget – Apple Watch SE 3

Apple Watch SE 3
From $249/£219
✅ Pros:
– Perfect as a first Apple Watch
– Still has great health tracking
– Much cheaper than a Series 11
❌ Cons:
– Battery life could be better
Apple’s SE line has always been about offering a more affordable way into the “Apple Watch gang”, and the SE 3 sticks closely to that idea. It’s designed to give you the core Apple Watch experience without breaking the bank like the Series or Ultra models.
The Apple Watch SE 3 stands out because Apple hasn’t completely stripped it back to cut costs. At the September event, the SE 3 launched with some features that you wouldn’t normally expect at this price point, like gesture controls and an always-on display. These additions make it feel closer to the flagship Apple Watch experience.

That said, this is still a “know what you’re giving up” situation. You won’t get the more advanced health features found on the Series 11, but for daily use, the SE covers the basics and a little bit more. You still get heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking and a wrist temperature sensor for example. But the main thing is that the notifications and fitness tracking are reliable, and it handles routine tasks without feeling slow or dated.
If you want a wearable that feels familiar, works well day-to-day, and doesn’t cost as much as Apple’s premium options, the SE makes total sense. It’s a straightforward, no-frills way to get into the Apple Watch lineup without feeling like you’re settling for something basic.
Best Battery Life – Apple Watch Ultra 3

Apple Watch Ultra 3
From $799/£749
✅ Pros:
– Up to 72 hours of battery life
– Most comprehensive activity tracking
– Most durable and premium build
❌ Cons:
– Expensive
I’ve spent a good chunk of time with the Apple Watch Ultra 3 now, and I can say definitively that it is the best Apple Watch ever made. ! It just feels like premium kit, with rock-solid build quality and top-tier software that runs smoothly for everyday use.
The upgrades from the Apple Watch Ultra 2 are pretty modest (a slightly larger, brighter display with thinner bezels and a bit more battery life) but they do start to add up in regular use. As for the battery, on paper, Apple claims the Ultra 3 has about 42 hours of normal use. While it still doesn’t match the multi-day endurance of other dedicated sports watches, it does give you significantly more gas in the tank than any standard Apple Watch.
A formidable fitness companion: Garmin Forerunner 570 review
What sets this watch apart is how complete it is. The sleep tracking and fitness features are the most diverse and accurate in the Apple Watch range, and it charges fast enough that you can top it up between tasks. I’ve found it reliable for everything from workouts to navigation and directions on my long hikes. Plus, the big, bright display makes glancing at maps and stats much easier when I’m on the go.
Of course, nothing is perfect. The improvements this year are not revolutionary, and if you’re coming from the Ultra 2, you won’t find a dramatic difference. But for anyone who needs battery life, ruggedness, and fitness-focused performance, the Ultra 3 delivers in ways that the standard Apple Watch models can’t.
Best Value – Apple Watch Series 10

Apple Watch Series 10
From ~ $250/£250
✅ Pros:
– Most of the health features are the same as the S11
– Some options are as cheap as the SE 3
– Still very well made
❌ Cons:
– Has a slightly worse battery than the S11
The Apple Watch Series 10 has quietly become one of the best value Apple Watch options you can pick up over the past year, especially if you don’t mind buying refurbished. Compared to the newer models, it still does nearly all of the same things whilst retaining a lightweight design and easy-to-read screen that isn’t far off what you get with the Series 11
The Series 10 was introduced as Apple’s lightest and thinnest watch ever, and it also has a much brighter and bigger display than the Series 9 due to its OLED wide-angle display (a first at the time for Apple). This makes it a sensible pick if you want good value without major compromises.
Health and fitness tracking on Series 10 definitely covers the necessary bases: sleep tracking, heart rate, and workout tracking are all as reliable as you’d expect. While it lacks the newest advanced sensors found on the Series 11 or Ultra 3, the basics are more than enough for what most people use on a daily basis.
This watch is cheaper than newer models, especially if you buy a refurbished or an older stock unit. Plus, it’s fully supported with updates until 2030 and still part of the latest Apple Watch ecosystem, so you’re certainly not buying something obsolete just to save a few pounds.
If you want a capable Apple Watch that handles notifications, fitness, and tasks without breaking the bank, the Apple Watch Series 10 is one of the smartest value picks in the lineup.
So, Which Apple Watch Should You Buy?
In the end, the best Apple Watch for you is a model that has the level of battery, health, and fitness tracking that you crave, while remaining within your budget. Don’t be afraid of refurbished items, read reviews from honest sites, like ours, and try not to get caught up in buying the latest and greatest unless you want to keep up on the trends.
These are my picks for the best Apple Watches right now, but this list is subject to change as new releases are revealed. So check back to see how my recommendations evolve!

I once ran into a small problem while setting up my Kindle and wanted to solve it quickly without digging through endless help pages. Finding the kindle phone number turned out to be the simplest option. After a brief call, the support agent clearly explained what to do and answered all my questions. The whole process felt straightforward and reassuring, and I was able to get back to reading comfortably without wasting time or feeling frustrated.
Tracking health metrics with the latest Apple Watch models becomes even more valuable when paired with a personalized fitness plan, allowing users to turn heart rate, activity, and recovery data into meaningful training decisions. Smarter integrations like this help maximize what these devices can offer in 2026, especially for anyone focused on long-term performance and wellness.
