    How To Scan Documents On An iPhone

    Sometimes, taking a picture doesn’t quite cut it when you’re dealing with written documents. If you need a quick solution that provides the most clarity when transferring documents from physical copies to your iPhone, you’re in luck!     The iPhone comes equipped with a built-in document scanner, eliminating the need for third-party apps. Whether you need to scan receipts, contracts, or handwritten notes, your iPhone can quickly convert them into digital files. The scanner is integrated into Apple’s Notes and Files apps, making it easy to store, edit, and share your documents.

      How to Scan a Document on iPhone and Save as a PDF

      1. Follow the steps to scan a document in Notes.
      2. Open the note with the scanned document.
      3. Tap the down arrow in the grey bar above the document.
      1. Select Save to Files.
      2. Choose your preferred location, and the document will be saved as a PDF.

      1. Open the Notes app and locate the scanned document.
      2. Tap Share and select Print.
      3. Use the zoom-in gesture on the document preview to generate a PDF.
